I’ve been on a salad diet for the past week and i gotta say, it feels really good. Lately there has been so many birthdays and other occasions where I’ve been eating and snacking so much unhealthy food that I decided to eat healthy and excersize minimum of 20 minutes a day.
Summer is coming (Ned Stark voice), so it’s also better to start eating healthier to feel more fresh and light. It’s not about losing 20pounds or anything like that, the most important thing is to feel good!
So anyway, here is one of my favorite salads. It’s super easy to make and fills you up and is just all around fresh!
So just fill a bowl with any kind of salad you like and add tomato or two, some cucumber, two kiwis, and I usually add some pine nuts. But before you start with the salad, cut the halloum cheese (320g) into small cubes and fry them in olive oil until they are nicely grilled. When you are done with everything just add the halloum cheese to the mix and there you have a nice summery salad!
